Naima Aguayo MS, CCC-SLP, TSSLD

When I discovered the speech and language pathology profession 10 years ago, I loved that it integrated some of my greatest passions: helping others, voice, and language.
After attending Syracuse University for Speech and Language Pathology, I joined a private practice that required intensive training because I wanted to further develop my clinical skills.
I have worked in various settings where I provided different levels of speech and language support. Throughout these experiences I have had clients with various speech and language abilities and diagnoses. Currently I am working on a specialist license in stuttering

Philosophy & Approach
My clients’ goals are my goals:
I am dedicated to achieving those goals, together.
Therapy sessions are individualized, goal-oriented, and fun!
Integrating activities that are centered around client interest and building a strong, collaborative relationship is essential in our speech therapy process.
To ensure my therapy practices use the best and current research, I regularly attend continuing education opportunities related to my clients’ needs, goals, and age.
